"Cooling-Off" Period
We will give you a "cooling-off" period where, if you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it up to 7 days after the order confirmation; just contact us at

Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange product for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase, providing the product is unused and in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to take care of goods prior to return so they reach us fit for resale.
Refunds
We will aim to refund any monies due within 7 days; however, please allow up to 30 days.
To return an item -
Please package securely in the original box, in all cases, complete the Exchanges and Returns Form that came with the order (stating reason for return, and full description of any fault) and send to the following address

All returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty when we will be happy to refund the cost of return postage.We recommend you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
Returns from overseas
Providing the product is unused and in its original packaging, please ensure that you pay the return postage, mark your parcel clearly with ‘
